SHIPPING & HANDLING
We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day. If we cannot fulfill an order within 3 days, we will contact you to indicate the reason of delay and provide alternative options.
Blanks & Milling Shipments
Blanks and machine-shaped surfboards are shipped via ground freight. We do not ship blanks / machine-shape surfboard to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Internationally. Adding them to your cart may result in a cart error during checkout. Blank shipment costs calculated during checkout is to most commercial locations throughout the US. Actual shipping costs may vary. Shipping costs to residential ares is slightly higher. Rural destinations and/or destinations away from major city ports may result in additional shipping costs.
Please note, orders shipped via low-cost USPS 1st Class International Mail are non-trackable once outside of the United States and do not carry insurance if the package is lost or stolen. All international orders that are shipped with UPS and other USPS shipping methods will have insurance and a tracking number so that you can follow your package during the whole transit time.
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. The sales tax charged depends on where the order is shipped.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Shaper Supply Co does not offer the ability to return, refund or exchange the items you purchase. Please be sure to order the correct items and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have prior to your purchase.
