These Web-Fused Carbon Tapes are a premium unidirectional carbon fiber reinforcement tape, made in North America and engineered for high-performance surfboard construction. It combines high-grade carbon tow with a proprietary webbing system designed to improve bonding and increase inter-laminar strength in composite laminations.

Unlike lower-quality imitation fused tapes, these original Web-Fused Tapes are built for consistency, durability, and clean performance. Many imported versions fall apart during handling, and their backing does not properly turn clear with resin, resulting in poor finishes and reduced structural reliability. 

Designed to work seamlessly with both epoxy and polyester resins for a strong, stable bond. When laminated, the tape lays completely flat and helps eliminate raised edges, resin buildup, and sanding imperfections. The result is a clean, professional finish ideal for center strips and structural reinforcement areas where strength and appearance are critical.
