Shipping Terms

Order Fulfillment
Most orders are shipped (or ready for pickup) within 3 business days. Some orders may take longer due to factors such as holidays or backordered items. If your order is a rush, please email us prior to checkout to see current packaging times info@shapersupply.com.

Warehouse Pickup
Surfboard Blanks are currently the only items available for Warehouse Pickup. To initiate a pickup order, please email your list of surfboard blanks to info@shapersupply.com.

Local Delivery
Local Delivery is now available within a 100 mile radius of our warehouse. There is a $500 minimum order amount for our local truck delivery, and the service charge is $150. 

USPS Ground Advantage 
USPS Ground Advantage is a low cost option for small parcels and packages. This service is not insured and does not offer tracking. If a USPS Ground Advantage package is lost or damaged, the customer must work directly with USPS to file the missing package claim. 

Domestic USPS Priority Mail 
USPS Priority Mail domestic transit times are 1, 2 or 3 days based on where your package is being sent. Priority Mail is trackable, yet transit time does not come with a money-back guarantee. 

USPS vs UPS & Returned Mail 
Some remote addresses do not accept deliveries from USPS or UPS. It is the customer's responsibility to know whether or not they are able to receive deliveries from whichever carrier they choose at checkout. UPS cannot deliver to a USPS PO Box - the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees that apply. 

RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCEL, ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Shaper Supply does not offer the ability to return, refund or exchange the items you purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled during the fulfillment process. We do not offer the ability to merge and/or modify orders. All sales are final. Please be sure to order the correct items and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have prior to your purchase. Inspect your package immediately upon receipt, and notify us immediately if you were sent the wrong or damaged item(s). 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If the package is severly damaged, we suggest you refuse receipt of the package. This is the only option to receive an immediate refund or replacement. If you accept a damaged package and later notify us that the goods are damaged, then you must file your claim directly with the carrier for a refund. We suggest to keep all packaging until your claim is complete.

Fiberglass & Fabric Shipments
All fiberglass and other reinforcement fabrics are shipped in a continuous length.  Reinforcement tapes are always shipped on a roll.  

Blanks & Milling Shipments
Blanks and machine-shaped surfboards are shipped via specialized ground freight.  CNC Pre-Shapes are cut-to-order and the milling process takes about 2 weeks prior to shipment.  We do not ship blanks and/or machine-shaped surfboards internationally, or to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  If you are in one of these locations, adding blanks to your cart will result in a cart error during checkout.  Shipping costs to residential areas are slightly higher and will result in an additional charge due after checkout. Rural destinations and/or destinations away from major city ports may also result in additional shipping costs.   

Blank shipping cost at checkout is an estimate to most commercial locations throughout the US. Actual shipping costs may vary, and all options will be presented to you before shipping. 

Below is an example of standard freight shipping costs and add-on items:
$250 - Commercial Surfboard Freight 
+$40 - Residential Delivery
+$10 - Per board - Additional padding for CNC cuts

Blank shipments are fully insured. When you receive your blank shipment, please inspect the blanks immediately. Damaged shipments must be refused to the freight driver in order to begin the claim process. 

Please contact us prior to checkout if you would like us to prepare a custom quote. Surfboard freight cancellations are subject to a 10% fee for refund processing costs and time / resources spent preparing the freight paperwork.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Please note, we do not ship liquid chemicals (such as resins) internationally. Your order will be refunded if you checkout with these items.  

You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order.  It is the buyer's responsibility to understand their countries import duties and/or UPS transfer fees.  Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.  We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
