If your address is within our delivery area, the Local Delivery option will automatically appear during checkout.

Please note: Liquid products cannot be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
UPS International & DHL International
Shaper Supply offers international shipping through UPS International and DHL International.
Liquid products, including resins and other chemicals, cannot be shipped using air shipping services such as UPS International, DHL International, or USPS Priority Mail.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
If your package arrives severely damaged, we recommend refusing delivery whenever possible. This is the quickest way to begin the carrier claim process.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us right away so we can help resolve the issue. Please keep all packaging materials until any shipping claim has been completed.
Returns & Order Changes
All sales are final. Shaper Supply does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the fulfillment process. We are also unable to combine or modify existing orders after checkout.

Fiberglass & Fabric Shipments
Fiberglass, reinforcement fabrics, and tapes are shipped to maintain product quality during transit.
Fiberglass and fabric materials are shipped in continuous lengths whenever possible. Reinforcement tapes are shipped on rolls.
