Shaper Supply offers CNC Surfboard Cutting and Design Services using the industry's latest shaping machinery.  Our machine has the capability of machine-shaping surfboards up to 18 feet in length, and up to 36 inches wide. 

Our purpose is to facilitate US-made surfboard production, not replace the the art of hand-shaping. We work to improve your production with the assistance of state-of-the-art technology and close tolerance millwork. Our services range from surfboard cutting, 3D surfboard scanning, surfboard design, consultations and personalized instruction in Shape3D (the leading surfboard design software).

In addition to CNC foam milling, we have the ability to CNC hot-wire custom EPS blanks. This allows us to quickly manufacture any type of EPS blank design, while also reducing waste. 

We offer surfboard boxing and ground shipping services to ship machine-cut blanks throughout the continental US.
