Blade Sharpening Jig

The Planer Blade Sharpening Jig provides a simple and consistent way to resharpen planer blades used for surfboard shaping. Designed for common Skil 100, Hitachi, and Makita planer blades, the jig securely holds the blades at the proper position for sharpening on a flat hone block.

Simply insert the planer blades into the machined slots and tighten the retaining screws. The jig holds the blades securely while providing a stable surface for maintaining an even cutting edge during sharpening.

Machined from a solid piece of aluminum, the one-piece construction is durable, rigid, and designed for repeated use without wearing out like temporary or improvised sharpening fixtures.

Available as the Sharpening Jig Only or with a Hone Block for a complete sharpening setup.
