Q-Cel Microspheres

Q-Cel Microspheres are a lightweight filler used to thicken polyester and epoxy resins for surfboard building and repair. When mixed with resin, Q-Cel creates a smooth, easy-to-sand putty that is ideal for filling dings, rebuilding damaged foam, and fairing larger repairs.

Compared to resin alone, Q-Cel reduces weight while improving sanding characteristics, making it one of the most widely used fillers in surfboard manufacturing. It is compatible with both epoxy and polyester resin systems and can be mixed to different consistencies depending on the application.

Available in 8 oz, Quart, Gallon, and 60 lb sizes.
