This 1.5-inch-wide Carbon-Fiberglass Double-Band Tape features two carbon bands with a fiberglass stripe woven between them.
This is the style of tape commonly used for the "Carbon Wrap" style of surfboard glassing. Developed specifically for the surfboard industry, Carbon-Fiberglass Double-Band Tape is used to reinforce surfboard tail pads and stringers. The unidirectional weave construction provides an excellent strength-to-flex ratio while wetting out cleanly with both epoxy and polyester resins.
