Double Bias Fiberglass Cloth (biaxial) features two layers of fiberglass fibers oriented at +45° and −45°, lightly stitched together to improve strength and fiber integrity. This construction delivers excellent shear and torsional strength, making it ideal for high-performance surfboards, EPS builds, and stringerless designs.

Highly conformable, it wraps easily around complex contours while improving impact resistance and reducing dings. Commonly used as a sandwich layer on the deck and finished with E-cloth, it’s also favored by leading manufacturers for reinforcing high-stress areas like the tail-deck areas.

The result is a strong, flexible, and durable layup built for modern demands.
