Cut Thalco Rubber Squeegees

Genuine Thalco Rubber Squeegees are an industry standard for polyester surfboard lamination. The soft, flexible rubber conforms to the shape of the board and provides excellent control when spreading resin, wetting out fiberglass, and pulling excess resin from the laminate.

Available pre-cut in 6" and 12" lengths. The 6" size provides excellent control around rails and tighter areas, while the wider 12" squeegee moves more resin with each pass for faster lamination of larger areas.

Thalco squeegees can also be used with epoxy resin, but are generally better suited to polyester laminating because cured epoxy is more difficult to clean from the rubber. For epoxy surfboard lamination, many builders prefer an inexpensive plastic resin spreader that can be discarded after use.

Reusable with polyester resin. Clean with acetone after use.
