Basic Calipers

Basic surfboard calipers designed for checking board thickness throughout the shaping process. Made from durable 3/4" Baltic birch with smooth, rounded edges and heavy-duty hardware.

The calipers do not have a built-in measurement scale. Set the calipers to the thickness of the board, lock the position with the locking wing nut, then hold the calipers against a measuring tape or ruler to determine the measurement.

Designed to measure surfboards up to 28" wide. The pivot hardware is positioned on the back side so the calipers can hang flat against the wall when not in use. A small Shaper Supply logo is laser engraved on the upper arm.
