Surfboard Shaping Racks

Built for serious surfboard shapers, these Surfboard Shaping Racks feature multi-angle adjustability and are engineered to provide exceptional stability, ergonomic comfort, and reliable blank support throughout the shaping process.

Constructed from heavy-duty steel with no plastic structural components, these racks are built to withstand years of daily use in professional shaping bays and home shaping rooms.

Both the height and rack width adjust independently, allowing you to customize the working position for virtually any surfboard. The rack heads can also be adjusted to approximately 45°, making it easier to shape rails while maintaining a comfortable working position.

Unlike fixed-height shaping stands, these racks adjust from 34" to 46", making them comfortable for a wide range of shapers. Positioning the blank at the proper working height helps reduce fatigue and provides better control during long shaping sessions.
